Dimmitt Automotive Group is bringing one of the world’s classic luxury automobile brands to Clearwater, Florida. Dimmitt Jaguar will open in early 2019 in a stunning new facility at 25191 US Highway 19 in Clearwater. The new, 28,000-square-foot facility will feature a modern, minimalist, glass-encased showroom. Customers will use tablets and Apple TVs throughout Dimmitt Automotive Group’s state-of-the-art paperless, no-hassle process that keeps the customer in control. Also moving into the new facility will be Dimmitt’s existing Land Rover franchise, which was previously located on a site right next door to the new building. The Land Rover brand—then Range Rover—joined the dealership in 1987 as the exclusive Florida West Coast franchise, and one of only 25 charter Land Rover retailers nationwide. Dimmitt Jaguar is the latest development for Dimmitt, the auto powerhouse that continues elevating the automobile buying and owning experience. In June, Dimmitt Automotive Group unveiled its Certified Collision Center in Oldsmar, FL. The 40,000-square-foot state-of-the-art auto body shop devotes much of its focus on the tricky business of repairing aluminum luxury vehicles. In 2017, Dimmitt Automotive Group introduced the Bay Area to a new concept in luxury car sales by opening its Audi Terminal in Wesley Chapel, FL. The dazzling facility resembles a modern-art museum and forgoes sales desks and cubicles for luxury lounges with cushy leather club chairs and iPads, in addition to sleek Audi automobiles. “We never stop innovating,” says Scott Larguier. “Welcoming Jaguar into our family of beloved automobile brands expands the options for our clients, and rounds out the many luxury brands we’ve been offering to the Bay Area for decades.” Those brands include the ultra-luxury Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Bentley and McLaren as well as the revered Audi, Cadillac and Toyota brands.

On Saturday, July 28th, Audi Wesley Chapel teamed up with Audi Sport of Tampa, an amazing group of Audi vehicle enthusiasts in and around the Tampa Bay area, for a barbeque as well as showroom and site tours, giving everyone involved an in-depth view into the workings of an Audi dealership. We had a wonderful time sharing good food and conversation with the members of Audi Sport of Tampa. Audi Sport of Tampa has over 500 members all around the Tampa Bay area, with some extending to Orlando, Naples, and Ocala. They focus on sharing their passion for the Audi brand while helping each other with knowledge, guidance, and DIY projects. It’s an incredible space for people with a love for Audi to come together and be part of a like-minded community. The New 2019 Cadillac XT4 The new Cadillac XT4 debuts fall of 2018. There are iconic brands that are automatically associated with quality, luxury, and a premium lifestyle. Names like Tiffany, Rolex, and Gucci are a few. Ever since the first was one introduced in 1902 for $850, Cadillac has been a standard bearer for premium automobile brands in the industry. So when a brand this significant introduces a “first-time ever”, it is news. In the Fall of 2018, the first-time ever Cadillac XT4 makes its debut. This is Cadillac's move into the luxury compact crossover segment and here's what you should know. Built to Break Boundaries While the Cadillac brand has been known to be somewhat conservative, this XT4 crossover from the legendary automaker is built to turn heads and break boundaries. It is engineered with a five-door, five-passenger configuration that is generous on interior space. Outside, it has an aggressive stance and appearance with interesting elements like uniquely-styled LED headlamps, deeply sculpted body side panels, and Cadillac signature LED rear light blades. It is compact in size but big on features. You can choose from one of three trim packages: Luxury – Features included in this trim package include; Rear Park Assist and Rear Vision Camera, the Cadillac User Experience (CUE) infotainment system with rotary controller and eight-inchtouchscreen, selectable drive modes along with phone integration with Apple® CarPlay, and Android Auto compatibility. Premium Luxury – Step up to another layer of comfort and amenities that include everything in the Luxury trim package plus; Front and Rear Park Assist, leather seat surfaces, power lift-gate, ambient interior lighting, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert. Sport – The Sport trim package includes everything in the Luxury package plus features like; Stylish 18" 10-spoke alloy wheels with a Diamond-Cut/Argent Metallic finish, Leatherette trim with Sport accents, a choice of carbon fiber or a wood interior trim, a Sport steering wheel along with a glossy black finish on the front grille, roof rails and window surrounds. Whichever model you choose, you'll enjoy 22.5 cubic feet of cargo volume behind the rear seats with that total expanding to 48.9 cubic feet with the rear seats folded. The XT4 has it all including luxury, versatility, comfort, technology, and some pretty bold styling. But what is powering this “first-ever” Cadillac? Under the Hood Here, you'll find a 237 horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter, cast aluminum engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and front-drive. An all-wheel drive edition is optional for those who may spend time in snowy weather or for those with a desire to challenged this crossover's utility vehicle capabilities. The Sport Model also has an adaptive suspension available. This power is more than ample to provide this 3600 lb. vehicle with enough strength to earn a 3500 lb. towing capacity (when so equipped). The 2019 XT4 is expected to provide about 25 mpg in the city, 30 mpg highway with a 27 combined mpg. When it comes to fuel mileage, Cadillac has never had too much room to brag. This too may be a “first-ever” for the automaker. Full of Surprises? The new 2019 Cadillac XT4 may not be full of surprises but it certainly has its share of them. Dynamic, contemporary styling is one. So is its generous interior space, especially for a compact crossover. Many will be pleasantly surprised at how efficient it is on fuel. You may even be taken back a bit at its rather modest $35,000 expected MSRP. You likely won't be surprised by the amenities and comforts the XT4 provides, however. It is, after all, a Cadillac. Dimmitt Cadillac in Clearwater had the pleasure of hosting a car reveal party for a Mary Kay employee, Penny Jackson. Friends and co-workers gathered at the store waiting for the unveiling of the “pink car.” Before the ceremony, Penny made a speech thanking everybody that helped her achieve this milestone and also thanked Dimmitt Automotive Group for their top of the line customer service. High Tech Facility to Open in Wesley Chapel in the Fall of 2017 Dimmitt Automotive group recently broke ground on a brand new Audi dealership that is slated to open this November in Wesley Chapel. The ground breaking ceremony took place on Monday, May 22, 2017 and was attended by company Presidents Richard Dimmitt, Jr., Peter Dimmitt, and Dimmitt CEO Scott Larguier. Also in attendance were Pasco County Commission Chair Mike Moore, JD and Bill Porter from Wiregrass Ranch, Locust Branch COO Scott Sheridan, Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce Chair Hope Allen and others. Speaking on the warm and breezy morning in a canopied area protecting guests from the Florida sunshine, Larguier talked about the multi-generational Porter and Dimmitt family businesses. He addressed the importance of being good members of the community and how the new dealership will employ some 50 associates. The event took place at the site of the future dealership at 2500 LaJuana Blvd. in Wesley Chapel. When completed, it will be a 40,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, customer-centric facility. The building was designed by architect Richard Bekesh, President of Spring Engineering. The structure, when complete, will have an almost art museum type quality. The project is being referred to as Audi Terminal, and as Larguier explained “The entire facility is designed with the customer experience at its core.” The goal of the dealership is to provide Audi's most innovative retail experience yet. Once inside, customers will not only be able to view the full line up of Audi vehicles, works of art in their own right, but will also be greeted with luxury lounges with leather club chairs and iPads. What customers will not see is the traditional array of sales desks and telephones. The dealerships goal is to provide a combination of elegant interaction and advanced technology. Dimmitt Automotive Group already features Cadillac, Land Rover, Jaguar, Toyota, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce and McLaren dealerships. Audi, representing the finest in German engineering will now be a part of the group's growing lineup of fine quality vehicles. Dimmitt Automotive Group is about to break ground on its new Audi dealership, a 40,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility that’s considered Audi’s most innovative retail experience yet. Dimmitt Automotive Group hosted a track day for Dimmitt clients and friends at Sebring Raceway on April 21st, 2017. Clients were invited to bring their own vehicles and experience the performance on the race track. All makes and models were welcome. A variety of cars participated including several POrsche GT3s, Ferraris and a McLaren P1. Dimmitt Automotive Group was proud to participate in this year's Festivals of Speed St Pete. Friday evening was hosted in the Priatek Plaza lobby and featured many unique vehicles and a fashion show. Dimmitt Automotive Group had several vehicles on display including the all new Bentley Supersport, Bentley Flying Spur W12S and the McLaren 720S. On Sunday, the Festivals of Speed Car Show was held in Vinoy Park in Downtown St Pete. Hundreds of cars were on display from dealerships and owners.
