We are honored to recognize a member of the Pasco County Sheriff Office with the Audi Wesley Chapel Servant Leadership award. Many deserving individuals are nominated each quarter. To be nominated, one has to show leadership and a willingness to put others above themselves. These Pasco Sheriff Office employees can be sworn or civilian. We are proud of all our nominees and all they do for our community. We are thrilled to honor Lieutenant William Ferguson as the Audi Wesley Chapel Servant Leadership Award recipient of the quarter. Lieutenant Ferguson has shown a strong dedication to the betterment of the community and leadership. We thank you for all that you do, Lieutenant Ferguson; your dedication is greatly appreciated.

An estimated 16,000 kids, teens, and young adults live with epilepsy in the six counties surrounding Tampa. They need our support, our encouragement, and our understanding. And that’s where Epilepsy Services Foundation comes in. The charity has worked for 45 years to create a better future for those affected by epilepsy. Epilepsy Services Foundation holds regular events to increase awareness of the chronic illness, offers information and support to those suffering from seizures, and raises funds to provide numerous scholarships to those affected by epilepsy and to those pursuing the field of neurology. This past Saturday, Dimmitt Automotive participated in the Epilepsy Services Foundation’s 20 th Annual Walk for Epilepsy at beautiful Lake Seminole Park. The foundation could not have chosen a more beautiful day or location for the walk, created to raise awareness for kids, teens, and young adults affected by seizures. Participants were in great spirits as they donned purple and walked 1 or 2 miles (their choice) for a great cause. Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support those affected by epilepsy. It’s so vital that we remind everyone suffering from a chronic illness that they are not alone or ignored within our community. We can’t wait for next year’s walk! The Grand Opening event for Jaguar Clearwater was a success! The Perfect Night for Celebrating It was the perfect night for celebrating. Double the luxury: Jaguar dealership to open alongside Land Rover in Clearwater Dimmitt Automotive Group is bringing one of the world’s classic luxury automobile brands to Clearwater, Florida. Jaguar Land Rover Clearwater opened January 15, 2019, in a stunning new facility at 25191 US Highway 19 in Clearwater. The new 28,000-square-foot facility will feature a modern, minimalist glass-encased showroom. Customers will use tablets and Apple TVs to access Dimmitt Automotive Group’s state-of-the-art paperless, no-hassle process that keeps the customer in control. Also moving into the new facility will be Dimmitt’s existing Land Rover franchise, which was previously located on a site right next door to the new building. The Land Rover brand—then Range Rover—joined the dealership in 1987 as the exclusive Florida West Coast franchise, and one of only 25 charter Land Rover retailers nationwide. The high-tech luxury dealership is the latest development for Dimmitt, the auto powerhouse that continues elevating the automobile buying and owning experience. In June, Dimmitt Automotive Group unveiled its Certified Collision Center in Oldsmar, FL. The 40,000-square-foot state-of-the-art auto body shop devotes much of its focus on the tricky business of repairing aluminum luxury vehicles. Galati Yacht Sales on Anna Maria Island hosted an all-day Open House event at the marina on January 12, 2019. Guests received a true luxury treatment with a red carpet that ran out onto the marina and a showcase of beautiful yachts, Icon aircraft, and luxury vehicles displayed by the Dimmitt Automotive Group. Most people are familiar with Toys for Tots. Run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve, the program distributes toys to the children of families who cannot afford to buy gifts for Christmas. In the spirit of giving back to the community, Dimmitt Automotive has participated in Toys for Tots every year for almost a decade. This year was no exception. Riders arrived from throughout the Tampa Bay to lend their vehicles to the cause. They brought unwrapped toys for children and stuffed trunks, backseats, and in one case, a spoiler with gifts. Dozens of beautiful cars lined up around the building. It was easily the most stylish parade in Tampa Bay. After a safety meeting hosted by the Sheriff’s Department of Hillsborough County, the drivers set out to their vehicles. They drove from the Dimmitt McLaren Showroom in St. Petersburg to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. There, they unloaded hundreds of toys for children. Thank you to the deputies of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department for giving your time to a wonderful cause and for escorting our drivers through Tampa Bay safely. Thank you to the generous drivers and others who donated toys to the program. And thank you to everyone who came out and made the event a complete success. We can’t wait for next year!

A Night of Ultra Luxury It was a night of ultra luxury. Luxury, beauty, and rarity. Forevermark, the rarest of diamonds. Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Bentley, and McLaren; the finest automobiles. In the Dimmitt Automotive showroom, surrounded by the finest luxuries, invited guests arrived to the 5 th annual Carats and Cars event. They were given the red carpet treatment before being shown in to a display of pure beauty. A Rare Partnership The finest cars, the most dazzling jewels. Dimmitt Automotive and the International Diamond Center partnered yet again to bring together some of the rarest luxuries that the world has to offer. Rolls-Royce and Bentley vehicles displayed by Dimmitt Automotive represented the finest that the automotive world has to offer alongside Forevermark diamonds brought by the International Diamond Center. Beauty in Every Corner On one side, food and drink vendors served fine Italian cuisine while a saxophone player set the jazz mood. On the other side, a gallery of diamonds dazzled the crowd while a piano player serenaded the guests. They enjoyed their fill of gelato, champagne, and hand-rolled cigars if the mood took them. In between, guests mingled around a Rolls-Royce SUV and were treated to fine wines and cannoli. We would like to take a moment to thank the International Diamond Center for partnering with us to treat our guests to a night of luxury. It’s Time to Say Thank You It’s time to say thank you. Thank you to all of the service members who have served this country. Thank you for your daily sacrifices in the name of freedom. Dimmitt Automotive Group proudly observed Veterans Day the same way that we do every year, with a complimentary luncheon to honor and celebrate veterans. We invited veterans and their families to come to the Cadillac Showroom in Clearwater and to the Aston Martin Showroom in St. Petersburg. And come they did. At the Aston Martin Showroom, we served 100. In Clearwater, we hosted 180. All branches of service were represented. Service members were invited to stand and be recognized. Their numbers included employees, family members, and dear friends. Veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan, from Vietnam, and even from World War II. A Day of Honor Veterans Day is a day to honor those who have served this great country honorably, during war and peacetime. Unlike Memorial Day, when we honor those service members who died in the service to our country, Veterans Day pays tribute to all American veterans, living or deceased. It’s a way that we can show our troops, past and present, that we appreciate their service. A Touching Tribute Dimmitt Automotive CEO Scott Larguier presented the following touching invocation: Heavenly Father, we ask your Blessings on all who gather here today to celebrate the lives of the many courageous men and women who gave their youth, their dedication, and their energy to protect and defend this great nation. From the training fields to the battlefields, by air, land and sea, so many true patriots, armed with an immense enthusiasm for freedom, set out for the fronts of Normandy and the European theatre, the Pacific, Korea, Vietnam, the Persian Gulf, Iraq, Afghanistan, our own borders and coastlines and other places throughout the world to keep peace and to guard the inalienable rights of liberty for all people. On this Veterans Day, we remember their sacrifices and ask Your blessings on them and their families that they so selflessly left behind during their service. May we always hold in our hearts love and compassion for these defenders of our freedom. We pray also for the leaders of our nation. May they seek to find solutions to the unenviable task of creating a peaceful world, while inviting young men and women to serve their countries in a safe and a politically supportive arena. Instill in the hearts and minds of our young people the knowledge that love of country is honorable and admirable. May they be given the wisdom to value the sacrifices made by their forefathers and the strength to emulate their mission of universal peace. On all of us gathered here today, we ask Your favor, grace, and a grateful heart, Lord. May we enjoy the peace that You intended in a world filled with understanding, hope, and promise.
