Our Approach to Service
Our associates are the driving force behind Dimmitt Cares. Through our Community Values and Service Opportunities Initiative, every team member has the opportunity to give back in meaningful ways. Team Community Value Days allow our associates to work together as a team for large-scale service events, while Individual Community Value Days allow our associates to pursue personal passions for outreach and service.
Dimmitt Cares supports a wide range of initiatives, including education and schools, hospitals and healthcare, environmental stewardship, community and civic engagement, and arts and culture.
