The Dimmitt Legacy
The Dimmitt family history is a rich one, built on vision, perseverance, and most of all, legacy. Founded in Clearwater, Florida, in 1924, the Dimmitt organization has nearly 100 years and 4 generations of experience in providing exceptional service to the Florida Nature Coast and the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Peter Dimmitt
Peter Dimmitt graduated from the University of North Florida with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Management and Logistics and went on to receive his MBA from Rollins Crummer Graduate School with a dual concentration in both Finance and Management. Over the past 10 years, he has served with his brother, Richard Jr., as Co-President of Northstar Family Enterprises, overseeing every facet of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, which accounts for roughly $600M in annual sales revenue. Peter was a 2015 honoree of Automotive News’ “40 Under 40” club. Peter is married to his high school sweetheart, Jaclynn. They are proud parents of twin boys and a little girl.

Senior Leadership
Scott Larguier
Scott Larguier serves as CEO for the Dimmitt Automotive Group. He has nearly 40 years of retail automotive experience and is accountable for vision, direction and oversight of all Dimmitt family business interests, which includes a host of automotive franchises, a full-service property and casualty insurance agency, and a state-of-the art collision center.
Steve Smith
Steve Smith has over 30 years of automotive dealership management experience, most recently managing Autonation locations in 4 states before joining the Dimmitt Automotive Group. Steve graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Business Management and attended both General Motors and AutoNation University. He’s an avid outdoor enthusiast and has owned or owns one or more of just about everything Cycle Springs sells and services.
Kris Jordan
Kris Jordan has served as the Dimmitt Automotive Group’s Chief Financial Officer since 2002 and has over 40 years of retail automotive experience. She oversees financial operations for all Dimmitt Automotive Group campuses. Kris holds a Master of Business from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. In 2020, Kris was named as CFO of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Andrew Riffee
Andrew Riffee serves as CMO and CTO for the Dimmitt Automotive Group. He has nearly 20 years of automotive experience, both on the retail and OEM sides of the business. Andrew is responsible for technological advancements and marketing strategies across the Group and oversees the centralized Business Development Center. Andrew is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and was a 2021 Automotive News 40 under 40 honoree.
Kim Pizzuto
Kim Pizzuto is Chief People Officer for the Dimmitt Automotive Group. She has over 25 years of hands-on and strategic Human Resources knowledge and expertise. Kim specializes in the area of Associate Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits Administration, Organizational Training and Development, Regulatory Compliance, and Community Engagement. Kim is a graduate of Florida State University with a BS in Management and attainments in HR.
Nick Waddell
Nick Waddell is a 28-year automotive industry veteran, who oversees Compliance as well as the performance and process management of the Enterprise’s Finance and Insurance offices. Nick’s prior experience includes positions as a Sales Consultant, Finance Manager, Used Vehicle Manager, New Vehicle Manager, General Sales Manager, and General Manager. He has achieved SR Level AFIP Certification and is scheduled to graduate from NADA Dealer Academy in March 2023.
Event Marketing
The Dimmitt Automotive Group has created an innovative engagement, lifestyle and event-based marketing strategy that produces results on all levels. We often partner with yacht, motor home, and jet manufacturers and dealerships, participate in sporting events, and sponsor local sports teams. Over the years, we’ve built a devoted following to our Ride-and-Drive events that provide the optimum opportunity to “gather, share, and ride.”
