Red Cross CPR Training Day
Dimmitt recently provided a CPR Certification Course for it’s associates! We were visited by an expert American Red Cross Instructor who delivered an extremely informative and hands-on demonstration that gave team members the skills and confidence to make the workplace a safer space.
For more than a century, the American Red Cross has prepared people to respond to emergencies of all sizes – from the everyday to the large disaster. We’re thankful to have had them provide us with instruction!

The Audi e-tron is Audi’s first all electric vehicle, and borrowing a line from the film “Field of Dreams,” the company says it is an electric SUV designed to “Go the Distance.” There are plenty of reasons to believe when this new model is available, buyers will come. While prototypes are still earning their rings across the globe, reservations are now being taken for this highly-anticipated SUV.
There’s an Electricity in the Air
While most new models are usually met with a certain sense of anticipation, there’s a higher level of buzz surrounding the Audi e-tron. There are several reasons for this. The Audi e-tron is the world’s first all-electric vehicle to be widely advertised in the US. The fact that it is an SUV adds appeal and it offers some exciting, and promising features. Dimmitt’s Day at Sebring
It was the perfect day at the Sebring International Raceway for performance enthusiasts to gather together, unleash the raw power of their vehicles, and advance their skills as drivers — a purely fun experience for everyone!
Coordinated by the Dimmitt team, drivers came together from across Florida for “Dimmitt’s Day at Sebring.” This event has become a regular occasion as part of Dimmitt’s commitment to engage their client base and provide experiences that exceed expectations. Tracey Ringstaff, who organized the event, put it this way: “Our clients deserve events that enhance the experience of vehicle ownership. That’s why we continually seek to arrange days like this one.”
Starting at 8am, participants signed in, were instructed on track rules, and enjoyed a light continental breakfast. Drivers were divided into three groups: beginner, intermediate and expert. Each group went in rotation in half hour increments with five rotations total. Additional instructions were provided for those who were just entering the field.
While the day was sponsored by McLaren Tampa Bay, a division of Dimmitt Automotive Group, it was open to all performance enthusiasts and their vehicles. In addition to the McLaren, vehicles like Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes, Cadillac and more attended.

Audi Sport of Tampa BBQ Event
On Saturday, July 28th, Audi Wesley Chapel teamed up with Audi Sport of Tampa, an amazing group of Audi vehicle enthusiasts in and around the Tampa Bay area, for a barbeque as well as showroom and site tours, giving everyone involved an in-depth view into the workings of an Audi dealership. We had a wonderful time sharing good food and conversation with the members of Audi Sport of Tampa.
Audi Sport of Tampa has over 500 members all around the Tampa Bay area, with some extending to Orlando, Naples, and Ocala. They focus on sharing their passion for the Audi brand while helping each other with knowledge, guidance, and DIY projects. It’s an incredible space for people with a love for Audi to come together and be part of a like-minded community. A big thanks for them for coming out and we hope to collaborate and network with them again in the near future!
