I have always had a nice experience when doing business at Dimmitt. Yesterday I had my vehicle serviced and my service advisor made sure everything was taken care of. We also visited the sales department and meet with Paul who showed us a few cars. He was very nice and answered all our questions. Excellent experience. I purchased a 2 year old MB S63 unseen just from photos online from out of state. I flew to Tampa International and took a 20 minute taxi to the dealership. Paperwork took ~15 minutes and I was in my new car in less than an hour from when I landed. Everything was efficient and professional. The car was as described. I worked with William who was very nice to deal with and knowledgeable about the vehicle, despite it not being the dealership's brand. Would recommend.

I have to say this was by far one of the best experiences I have had locally at a Audi dealership. Henry Garcia was phenomenal. He had my loaner car ready promptly. He reviewed all the services my TTS would have done that day, and kept me up to date throughout the day on how the service was coming. He was even kind enough to make sure my kids got little wrists bands when I came back to pick up my car. They have also gotten the Only Aston Martin DB9 the is 10 years old that is fully warrantied still from Aston Martin. That is really cool it is the only one the is available in North America. It is the Convetable that is in my photo contributions.

I recently traded in my Audi Q3 for an Audi Q5. I worked with Dion Ruiz on the purchase of the new Q5. Dion made the car buying process straight forward and stress free. He listened to what my needs were throughout the buying process and ensured that they were addressed. In fact, he did more listening than talking which is something I have not previously experienced when buying a new vehicle. I was even under an unusual time constraint, which he respected and worked around that so I could get on the road in my new vehicle as quickly as possible without missing any critical details. I would recommend asking for Dion if you find yourself at Audi Wesley Chapel. I also want to point out that the service department has stellar customer service as well. I have been taken care of by Henry Garcia a few times. He always does his best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. In addition to being clear about what is being done to my vehicle, he is also hospitable and courteous.

Mark Tillman was invaluable throughout the entire process of ordering, tracking and ultimately personally delivering my vehicle to Sarasota. Since this was a 6 month process, I never once felt that I was put on a "back burner" at any time during this period. I was immediately notified as the car went thru the "build" process and was given the ability to track my vehicle from the time it left England until it arrived in the USA. Within days of arriving at the dealership, it was fully prepped and on its way to me. Truly a first class operation from start to finish.
