Our family recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Village Toyota in Homosassa for my parents with well over 100k miles on it. This dealership has earned our greatest respect and deepest gratitude. There are so many dealerships to choose from, but Village Toyota is one that is honest, cares about their customers, and demonstrated integrity. Mom would specifically recommend working with salespersons Ed and Jesse, Tom and Brett in Service. It was well worth the 90+ min drive from my parents house, even though there were many dealerships closer to where we live. We would highly recommend Village Toyota to anyone who is looking for an honest and sincere dealership to help them in purchasing a used vehicle. They treated us fairly and stood behind the van we purchased when there was a problem one week after taking it home. There was no warranty, but they still took care of us. The Service team did an excellent job and fixed the issue within a day. Our parents are extremely grateful and love their 'new' minivan!
Sent an email request for information and had a call within 10 minutes. My husband and I made an appointment for the next day and dealt with salseperson Jesse Butzer, who was was awesome. Jesse showed us the vehicle we inquired about, but through listening to our needs, identified a vehicle that better met our needs and was 100% on point. Jesse wasn't pushy, was well versed on the vehicle convenience and safety features, and was tentative. We can't say enough good things about him. He also worked with the finance team to ensure we stayed within our budget for the new purchase. In the end we got a great truck for a great price. As for the business, the place was well lit, had a customer waiting area that sported comfortable seating, plenty of (current) reading material, a community puzzle, and chess game. There was also a cafe with lots of complimentary items to include coffee, tea, bottled water, hot dogs (and condiments), donuts, cookies, and popcorn. The restrooms were clean and almost every employee that passed through stopped to ask if we needed anything and inform us of the goodies in the cafe area. We HIGHLY recommend Village Toyota and encourage you to look for Jesse for a great experience.

The staff is very knowledgeable of the products they represent and are always willing to help an individuals with the correct purchase for their lifestyle. amazing service - you pay for it, but they do stuff right usually. They always came thru on warranty fixes as well.. headlights are fogging in a 2015 cadillac ATS so hoping they will come thru with a fix on 4/20 appt.. always have in the past though. Al Harter is my service guy and hes a good dudePS They open at 8am , the hours are wrong on this page for time open
Dan Robinson is fantastic. He is always updating us on the service we require and following up with all the details. We greatly appreciate the service at Dimmit as we have had not so great service at another dealer for the past few years in the Panhandle.

I've only used the service department, but they've always been fair and great to work with. No high pressure sales of unnecessary repairs. It's a dealership, so it costs money, but they get the job done right and with genuine parts.
