Job Description

The Service Technician services and repairs vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures. In addition, he or she may be assigned to conduct pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure excellent working order for the customer. We deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, and certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). General Motors experience preferred. An unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record, a strong technical performance record, good physical dexterity and the stamina to get the job done are required. Job Description

The Dimmitt Insurance Producer sells insurance to new or existing clients, including life, property, casualty, automotive, and any other type of insurance needed. The Insurance Producer is responsible for prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals to grow the customer base. The Insurance Producer meets with potential clients to get information about their needs and coverage, matches insurance policies to their needs, and explains options to the client. In addition, the Insurance Producer reviews policies to ensure they are current, recommends and/or makes changes to policies to meet a client’s changing requirements, and helps clients settle any claims on their insurance. The ideal candidate has a Property & Casualty License (required) (220 or a 440), a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required), and preferred 1 year of insurance sales experience. Job Description

The Collision Center Estimator helps ensure the overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our Collision Center operations by providing timely and accurate estimates for repair work. He or she documents estimates and the necessary repair work according to established industry standards and insurance company regulations.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Tag & Title Clerk for Vehicle Sales prepares legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. She/He verifies and makes payoffs on vehicle trade-ins. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

Titling new and used vehicles
Processing vehicle registrations and license plates
Posting dealer trade and wholesale paperwork, verifying costs
Issuing checks and cash receipts as needed.
Filing and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Process tag and title applications for all new and used car deals. Ensure that all moneys are received and personal checks are cleared before title work is submitted.
  • Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV.
  • Issue stock numbers and stock in used vehicle purchases.
  • Input inventory control information for used cars.
  • Process all wholesale deals and monitor wholesale receivable.
  • Correct problems and rejects from counties and state as quickly as possible.
  • Maintain file of title and registration paperwork for all vehicles in inventory, including MSO for new vehicles.
  • Handle all inquiries regarding tag and title from customers and salespeople.
  • Distribute daily DOC reports.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Monthly schedules-monitor various accounts and address issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Automotive e-titling experience and ADP/CDK proficiency preferred.
  • Two years of relevant experience in a dealership position.
  • Able to meet critical deadlines for management as well as our guests
  • Must present a positive and professional image to customers, staff, and vendors
